I came in contact with Ashish while working for Times Internet Ltd. He is a multifaceted person and knows the ropes of the World Wide Web. What made his a good Brand Head for iDiva was his excellent aesthetic sense, a thorough understanding of target audience, ability to manage and understand people around him and help them out when ever needed. He always had good grip on any situation, even when there was no room to swing a cat. He is calm, cool and collected in the mightiest of storms and radiated confidence to those around him. Being a new entrant to the web scenario I could always turn to his knowledge when ever one required to be steered out a sticky situation, and I have also learnt a lot. A good team player he was always ready to help and open to all suggestion from which ever source it may come. I would recommend him for all his new ventures as his methodical and his ability to see every venture though to completion would make him successful in any work he picks up.
